The Integrated Arts

Yesterday, an artist came to share with the class some yoga techniques. Our focus was mindfulness. Our goal was to focus on ourselves by being aware in the present moment.
There were many different feelings experienced from this exercise.

 



Joseph said, "It was great and good. It was so relaxing!"
Bebe said, " It was really good!"
Kane said, " I'm so relaxed, I can barely walk!"




Easton said, "It made me sore. It was painful."
R.J. said, "It made me feel hungry!"
Finn said, It made me feel really tired!"
Bree said, " It made my leg and wrist hurt".
Overall, the consensus was that it made almost everyone feel calmer.
